Torres uses sophisticated collection systems. Our collection software is Latitude, manfactured by Global Software Services. Latitude uses Microsoft's latest database technology, Microsoft SQL Server, the most robust data server for Windows applications. The SQL Server provides the means for building and deploying large-scale distributed applications, making it the platform of choice for large, mission-critical database applications.

Our Predictive Power Dialer is provided by Touchstar Software. The system is designed to handle both inbound and outbound calls and predicts when the next collector will be available for the next call. This predictive dialing techonology improves productivity by 200 to 400 percent compared to manual dialing. This technology allows Torres Credit Services, Inc. to handle small and very large client portfolios with 100% efficiency.

Security is a major focus of the overall infrastrucure for all internal operations. Torres Credit incorporates advanced firewall techonology to protect unauthorized access to all proprietary information. All features are incorporated to prevent unauthorized, external individuals from gaining access to our internal network, and to block attacks on the network, while at the same time allowing authorized users to access network resources. Symantec (V.10) Antivirus, latest release from Symantec, is installed on all computers to protect from any computer comprises.
